The history of the Subissati cured meat factory began 55 years ago: it is the story of a company, rooted in its territory, capable of remaining on foreign markets with a lot of commitment and passion.
Our cured meats are born in Roccastrada in the Grosseto area, where, due to its geographical location in lower Tuscany, they undergo an extraordinary maturation, which in addition to modern machines is assisted by the good or "good" air, as they say in these parts.
From here our products start, directed throughout Europe.
