Subissati pancetta is without rind making it readily and easily usable for typical gastronomic dishes. The balance of lean meat and fat alternates harmoniously. The taste is delicate, slightly peppery but not salty. Made using pork that is exclusively Italian born and bred. No nitrites are used in the preparation.
