Despite this touchy period, under the medical and economic point of view, our company has decided to take part in the CIBUS 21 fair in Parma. According to us, it represents the right choice that is consistent with the needs that our counrty has at the moment.
When these opportunities come, you cannot miss the boat!

It was a really hard decision, and we also take into consideration that there will be far fewer visitors (in particular the foreign ones) than the past years. But we believe that the visitors that will attend the fair, will have very serious intentions to strengthen the collaboration with Italian producers.

We will be there, with our Tuscan cured meat, and with that, we hope to play our part in the Italian economy.

We believe that our land is fundamental, and producing food with organoleptic characteristics is what Italian people are expecting from us. Being here in Italy is a great chance.
In addition to that, we as Subissati salumi have definitively chosen our land in Roccastrada.

Since May, we have moved in our new factory, that lengthened from 600 to 2.200 square meters, and that is always based in Roccastrada. Our land is 430 meters of altitude, and we are certain that the climate that we have here is our closest ally. In fact when the cold rooms switch off automatically, the correct level of temperature and humidity due to our wonderful climate, provides a really good and traditional maturing.
